1. No icons
Icons pull your hand without asking. With text only, you read first, decide, and only then touch. Color noise drops, screen density drops, and room for thought returns.
Layered Launcher organizes apps into floors. No icons, text only. A small, intentional friction returned to every tap.

Frequent apps go on 1F. Tempting ones go on 5F. Things you want out of sight when focusing go on B1F (basement). 0F is home. Floors range from 1F to 10F plus B1F to B10F.
Floor changes go through animation. Mindful Delay can place a countdown before launch. Strict Mode forces a timer wait before changing settings. Unconscious taps become conscious taps.
Screenshots will be replaced with real captures soon.
The smartphone has stopped being something you "use" — it has become something you must "design." The icons lined up on your screen are a guidance map laid down by manufacturers and advertisers.
